Overview

A Dublin-based networking team is starting a new UC project and is looking for an experienced Unified Communications Engineer. You will work hands-on with Cisco and Microsoft UC technologies, helping design, deploy, and integrate communication systems across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deploy UC solutions.

  • Work with Cisco UCM, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways, and CUBEs.

  • Support and integrate Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms.

  • Work with Genesys where needed.

  • Create architecture documents and network/UC diagrams.

  • Lead the integration between Cisco and Microsoft platforms.

  • Work onsite with a team of 10–12 network engineers.

  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Need

  • Must be based in Dublin and able to work fully onsite.

  • Strong experience with Cisco UC, especially UCM implementations.

  • Good understanding of networking.

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams/Teams Rooms.

  • Ability to explain technical details in simple terms.

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
