PR & Social Media Manager

Wattec Ltd is seeking a creative and motivated PR & Social Media Manager to strengthen its online presence and promote its custom-built gaming PCs, creator workstations, and professional computer systems. The role will focus on managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, supporting PR activities, and increasing brand awareness among gamers, content creators, and professionals.

Main Duties

• Develop and manage PR and social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging posts, images, videos, product features, and promotional content.
• Manage social media accounts, respond to comments, reviews, and customer enquiries.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across social media, website, eBay, Shopify, and Amazon.
• Plan and run campaigns to promote new products, offers, and custom-built computer systems.
• Build relationships with customers, online communities, influencers, and relevant industry contacts.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Skills and Education

• Experience in PR, social media management, marketing, or a similar field.
• Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
• Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
