VitaBaby is a UK brand: a gentle baby weight, feeding and nutrition tracker for first-time parents (operated by Wistkey UK Limited). Parents log feeds and meals, follow growth trends, and prepare clear notes for health-visitor, GP or paediatrician visits. (VitaBaby is a tracking and support tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professional advice.)

The role
You will keep VitaBaby running smoothly behind the scenes — the organised backbone of a small, fast-moving team. Hybrid / remote, UK.

What you will do

  • Keep day-to-day operations running: scheduling, records and documentation
  • Coordinate with partners, suppliers and team members
  • Support basic finance, HR and reporting admin
  • Help organise and maintain our internal knowledge base

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years in admin, operations or coordination
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable with confidential information
  • Strong written English; comfortable with common tools (e.g. Google Workspace)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or small team; finance or HR admin exposure
