Career kickstart apprenticeships - the perfect way to introduce new young talent into your organisation. We provide an end-to-end solution, including candidate sourcing and preparation, employer support and training in the workplace through to completion/achievement.
Professional Development Apprenticeships - a fantastic way to provide professional development for staff. This applies both to Levy payers for whom the cost is already committed so there is no additional cost at all and non-Levy payers who can secure training for staff that is 95% funded by government.
There are many financial incentives available for employers including a £1,000 financial incentive for employing a 16-18 year old apprentice.
STOP PRESS: financial incentives now include an additional £2,000 grant for employing a 16-25 year old or £1,500 for employing a 25+ year old on an apprenticeship.
