Based in Los Angeles, Criteria was founded in 2006 as one of the first SaaS solutions to provide assessments to the market.
Our co-founders, Josh Millet (now CEO) and David Sherman (now COO) created the company with the mission to take powerfully predictive science and make it accessible to organisations of all kinds, enabling them to make better talent decisions that drive results.
