Formed in 2014 by a group of analysts, psychologists, and data scientists that supported some of Britain’s greatest sporting elite. MyPeople specialises in measuring the environmental, behavioural, and psychological factors that affect teams.

Assessing this data alongside performance and capability reviews, became part of our DNA through our work with GB Cycling, GB Rowing, and England Rugby. We learnt that in order to build long-term sustainable performance, you need to be learning, developing and improving every single day.

Since then, we’ve been right behind many successful organisations, building great teams for over 20 years.
