He’s a brilliant mix of down-to-earth and tech-savvy, the kind of IT expert who never makes you feel out of your depth, no matter how non-techy you are. He explains things clearly, shows you how to do them yourself, and genuinely wants to help.
I first brought Ben on to help set up a new domain for email campaigns – he nailed it. Since then, he’s supported me with onboarding new starters (with saint-level patience), PSA applications, IT documentation and policies, and setting up and integrating new CRMs. He’s been an absolute godsend and, honestly, I wouldn’t have got half as much done without him.
