REC2 Recruitment (Rec2Rec, R2R) specifically focuses on the placement of experienced Recruitment Professionals into the Construction, Engineering and Energy sectors throughout London and the Home Counties of England.

Founded by Robin Solomons in 2014 to assist fellow recruiters seeking a personable, professional and pro-active approach to securing a new appointment.

A recruitment professional with 20 year’s industry knowledge spanning several verticals (IT, Telecoms, Public Sector, Energy, Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing).

Robin has experience of building and developing recruitment sales teams from start-up and managed sales teams in contract and permanent environments providing recruitment services to the UK and EMEA.
