My journey began in 1999 as a trainee at Huxley Associates.
When I left SThree in 2020 I was the Investment Director responsible for building the next generation of staffing products.
I’ve been both in the trenches and on the parapet.
For almost a decade I oversaw the brand’s global commercial operations and built the framework for repeatedly scaling new verticals, teams, ventures, and expansion internationally.
SThree was – and still is – a great example of how businesses can innovate from the front.
My role was to define, map, and strategically move towards expansion by seizing opportunity and mitigating risk.
I started Recspand to take those learnings and package them for recruitment businesses to go on the same journey.
