3rd Line Projects and Support Engineer – Sutton

Pearson Carter are working with an IT company based within the Education sector. They are looking for a 3rd Line support engineer to join their team! You will be the final point of the technical escalation process for their support service to improve procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gain and develop technical knowledge across all of the companies systems
  • Act as the final point of the technical escalation for the 1st and 2nd line teams
  • Identify business opportunities and deliver work to the agreed target

Experience:

  • Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, AAD Connect, Autopilot etc
  • Windows workstation and server, including AD
  • Office 365 migration and administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange etc.)
  • Enterprise/cloud anti-virus systems & Enterprise/cloud backup systems

 

Salary:

Competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.

 

Location:

The office is based in Sutton and is fully on site 5 days a week.
