This is a multi-branch, ambitious company who have grown rapidly over the past few years to market leaders and they are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to continue building on their current success. 

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits 

  • Salary guide £24,000 – £26,000 DOE
  • OTE up to £33,000 approx
  • Five day working week

The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will be a pivotal appointment and as such a natural drive, tenacity and go getter attitude is needed

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will be responsible for: 

  • Generating innovative ways to drive business  
  • Be driven in increasing market share through quality service, deliverability and reliability 
  • Canvassing for new business, generating appointments 
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating sales
  • Assisting with valuations after training

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed 

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential with a proven track record 
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key 
  • The ability to naturally make quick bonds and develop a rapport is essential 
  • You will be well spoken and well presented 
  • You will be target driven and ambitious 
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
