Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties: 

 

  • Booking in valuations and gaining instructions from investment clients.
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential investors and buyers.
  • Following office procedures & policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering Applicants and attending appointments
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
  • Ad hoc valuations

 

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

 

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
