Step Teachers are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant specializing in Early Years. This role is set to commence in September 2024. You will have the opportunity to work at an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school located in Golders Green, London. EYFS Teaching Assistant – Responsibilities:

• Provide support to children within Early Years following the EYFS framework.
• Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
• Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
• Identify and address the additional support needs of students.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification is essential.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school or private nursery.
• A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
