IT Support Analyst

– They are part of a large investment group, to help support their internal customers. 
– Alcority acts the the internal IT support and digital transformation team.   
– They are based out of the US and have an office in London – Whittington House, 19-30 Alfred Pl, London WC1E 7EA. 


– Deliver 1st to 2nd line internal support on the infrastructure and Software. 
– Help with any other remote issues within the group of companies. 
– Install, configure, and provision end-user devices for onboarding, as well as secure retirement of devices and removal of company resources during offboarding. 
– Utilize IT asset management for documentation and tracking of end user computing equipment, accessories, software licenses and maintain appropriate levels of inventory.
– Based 5 days a week out of the London office. 



– They are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of support experinece. 
– Experience across Office 365, Azure AD, Hardware, infra support, and Network Support. 
– IT troubleshooting skills: the ability to critically think and solve problems independently until escalation may be required.
– Willing to work 5 days in office.
