Step Teachers are searching for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a distinguished school in Romford. This school has an “Outstanding” Ofsted rating and is known for its commitment to academic excellence and inclusive education.

Key Stage 1 Teacher – Role:

  • Lead the Key Stage 1 phase with expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Year 2/3 curriculum.
  • Maintain an organized and engaging classroom environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Plan and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to individual student needs.

Key Stage 1 Teacher – Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Key Stage 1 Teacher in a mainstream primary school.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Commitment to implementing school policies effectively.
