Lettings Manager – Duties

  • Overseeing a team across multiple offices
  • Looking for ways to increase the managed portfolio
  • Carrying out valuations and viewings when required
  • Maintain relationships and provide advice to clients on legislative changes
  • Training and developing more junior members of staff
  • Overseeing maintenance and deposit concerns when required
  • Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and engage staff in best practices
  • Coach and manage staff performance

Lettings Manager – Experience Needed

  • Rent Smart Wales licence essential
  • Minimum of two years experience in Lettings, with a proven track record
  • Thorough knowledge of Lettings legislation across both England and Wales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Able to build rapport with clients and staff alike
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle
  • ARLA qualification highly desirable
