People Systems Adviser needed in Watford- (Remote)
The hourly rate is £18.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide quality point of contact for all colleagues through the People Advice team and to also ensure HR systems updates are processed.
In this role, you’ll be responsible and accountable for:
- Providing a first point of contact for all staff and managers regarding HR Systems, that support the service delivery of the People Advice Team changes required, investigate application issues and ensuring employee self service is provided for all new starters and manager access as required.
- Provide advice to staff and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring more in-depth advice requests are passed to People Advisers where necessary and escalating to the People Advice Partner any cases that are of a higher level
- Proactively troubleshoot issues that arise within the HR Systems that support the service delivery of the People Advice Team, prior to escalating to the HRIS team for further troubleshooting expertise. Ensuring the People Advice Team are kept up to date with HR System issues, faults and remedies.
