As a Production Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations. Ideally coming from a design background, you’ll have a good understanding of working closely with engineers and coordinating materials into production. If you’re an advanced user of Excel with a highly analytical mind and hold a degree, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

Key Responsibilities for the appointed Production Coordinator:

Coordinate and administrate our UK Design team and China Manufacturing team for tooling, sampling production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination of operations, meeting schedules and standards.
Monitor production progress and identify any potential delays or bottlenecks.
Maintain accurate documentation for product delivery and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (ISO 13485 and 21CFR820).
Manage inventory levels of components and finished goods to support production requirements.
Drive continuous process improvement, utilizing your passion for innovation to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and achieve our end goals.
