My client is currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a permanent Property Administrator. This role involves overseeing the administrative support for a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- First Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all property-related inquiries.
- Property Viewings: Attend and conduct viewings on various properties.
- Booking Processing: Handle student and residential bookings efficiently.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with our social media accounts.
- Tenancy Agreements: Draft and send out tenancy agreements to clients.
- Deposit Processing: Manage the processing of property deposits.
- Safety Certificates: File safety certificates and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Database Management: Maintain the client database, ensuring accurate and updated information.
- Property Files: Create new property files on the system for organizational efficiency.
- Call Handling: Assist the team by answering and fielding inbound calls.
- General Administration: Support the office manager and colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Community Initiatives: Collaborate with the office manager to develop community initiatives and plan tenant/student events.
To be considered for the role of Property Administrator, you must:
- Administration Experience: Possess relevant administration experience; experience in property management is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, and planning abilities.
