Hello Education are supporting large Secondary School based in North Yorkshire who are looking to appoint passionate Science Teacher to work with KS3 & KS4 pupils. The science element of the role will involve teaching across Key Stages 3. At Key Stage 3 (Years 7 – 9) science is taught as “General Science” through the schools evolving, dynamic and well-resourced new KS3 course.
This particular school will happily accept general science teachers however if you have a Chemistry specialism this would be ideal and you must be happy to teach up to GGCSE and A Level, AQA
This role is to start after the Easter holidays and will run until the end of the academic year.
To be considered for the role of Teacher of Science you will:
- Experience of working with secondary school aged children
- MUST Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to teach up to GCSE and A level
