Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding opportunity in an “Outstanding” Ofsted rated primary school in the Camden area? Then we’re looking for you! This school believes in providing the best learning experiences for every child. Their curriculum is well planned to meet the needs of the children and prepares them for the next stage in their learning. They’re currently seeking for a Long-Term Full Time Teaching Assistant to start in September 2024.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. 
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
  • The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment. 
  • Help assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:

  • Good knowledge of Key Stage 2.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable
  • Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
