Step Teachers is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join a thriving educational environment as a Teaching Assistant at a reputable school in Norfolk. This is a “Good” Ofsted-rated school, reflecting its commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist a wheelchair user around the school premises, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school community, promoting understanding and empathy among students and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine desire to support the needs of others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic educational environment.
- No formal qualifications are necessary for this role; however, experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
