Thirdly - we aim to protect recruiters by making Recruitzy answerable only to its members, not shareholders. Recruitzy is not for sale at any cost; it is solely here to protect the rights of recruiters online.
Some recruiters and pundits say it can't be done; you'll never beat Reed, CV Library, Total Jobs, Jobsite, or Monster.
We know that 30% of searches in Google are employment-related searches; to give that a number, it is about 15 billion searches a month. Of those searches, the top things searched for are jobs; if recruiters get on board with Recruitzy in sufficient numbers and we achieve 50,000, 100,000 or 250,000 jobs, we will have the essential job content needed to match millions of those searches and so compete with the major boards. When we reach critical mass, you won't need those boards. The same will be valid for Google for jobs ranking our jobs.
