While some work is whiteboard and training - I’ll do this on the sales floor and immediately put
them into action on the sales floor. At desk coaching is when I support and hold the hand of your
consultants as they try new things and break through boundaries. We overcome challenges
together and watch how the theory starts to work, lifting their confidence and therefore their
chances of being successful in recruitment.
Working at the pace of your consultants and completely tailoring the experience to your sector
We also build a Personal Development plan for each consultant, ensuring transparency of their
development while also giving them the clear sight of what skills they have learned and
implemented.
Management Workshops, Coaching & Mentoring
How does it work?
A chance to give your new or experienced Managers a series of structured workshops of around 2-3 hours
each. Punchy and immediately useable
These can be group sessions, developing new mindsets to leadership or even gauging whether
management is the right next step. A range of workshops that help managers lift their Emotional
Intelligence while also driving their own accountability for their team.
1 on 1 coaching is super effective, blending the workshops and stages of management into real
life sessions that have consistency so I can hold the manager accountable while also tailoring
the coaching to their skills gaps.
These 1 on 1 sessions will mean activity in teams gets boosted, managers don’t over manage
while also giving your managers someone to work through problems with and an accountability
partner.
