RM Training was established in 2008. The company was incorporated in September 2012 and has worked with major companies such as:- City & Guilds, Hi-Spec Services, Thames Ambulance Group, Private Ambulance Service, Hackney Council, Thurrock Council and London Youth. RM Training delivers Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Pre-Employment Training and various Tailor-Made Bespoke Courses. As a small independent training provider, our strengths include flexibility and adaptability we can respond quickly to our clients’ needs sourcing the resources required to meet their needs.
RM Training delivered Retail Apprenticeships as a contractor with City and Guilds on their ASDA contract in 2011/2013 in the South-East Region achieving a success rate of 88% for the region on a case load of over 400 apprentices. We have been a subcontractor with Northbrook college since 2014 to date and have exceeded profile in 2013/14, 2014/15 and exceeded our target for 2015/16, to date we have delivered approx 200 apprenticeships with a high overall success rate and well above the national average. RM Training deliver Higher Apprenticeships in business administration at Level 4 and ILM Management up to Level 5, we deliver a range of apprenticeships, i.e. Business Admin, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Estate Agency, Management, Retail, Sales, Team Leading, and Youth Work. We have delivered to large organisations but also focus on SME organisations. As part of a GLA Employer Led Apprenticeship Creation Programme we have created 59 apprenticeships in SME organisations in the GLA area across 16/18 and 19+age ranges.
