Stafr is a workforce app and staff management software for staffing agencies and businesses with temporary, flexible, shift-based or field-based workers. Each customer gets its own branded app for its workers, and cloud software to recruit, onboard, schedule and manage them in one place.

For workers

In your branded app, on the Apple App Store and Google Play, workers can:

• see their shifts and accept or turn down job invitations
• clock in and out, with GPS location, and record breaks
• submit timesheets and expenses and see where they are
• update their availability and request holidays and time off
• complete onboarding, including ID checks and the documents you need
• message your team and see their perks and benefits

For your team

From one dashboard, agency and operations teams manage workers, clients, jobs and shift assignments across as many sites and clients as they need, along with activities, absences, timesheets, expenses, holidays and messages. Custom onboarding flows collect worker details, ID and right-to-work documents in one place, and approved hours and worker data can be exported for payroll and back-office systems.

Pricing

A one-off setup fee, from £1,500, covers your branding and publishing your app on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The monthly subscription starts from £500 and depends on how many workers are registered. There are no add-ons, upsells or long-term contract, and updates are included. Prices exclude VAT.
