Often. But it’s rarely one magic switch. We’ll look at SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, sending patterns, bounce handling, content and link reputation, and what Microsoft is signalling back.
Do we need a new domain?
Only in the rarest of cases. Sometimes a reset can help, but often you can recover by changing behaviour and cleaning up the technical basics. If a new domain/subdomain is needed, we’ll do it cleanly and warm it without games.

Stop feeding the dead: suppress unengaged contacts, reduce risky tracking/redirects, and stabilise cadence. Then fix authentication/alignment properly.
Glossary (tiny, useful)
- SPF: tells receivers which servers are allowed to send for your domain.
- DKIM: a digital wax seal that proves the message wasn’t tampered with.
- DMARC: tells receivers what to do if SPF/DKIM don’t line up and gives you reporting.
- Throttling: when receivers slow you down because they don’t trust your sending patterns.
